B+LNZ has engaged Techtonics since 2004 as its key technology and infrastructure manager. They have worked with us as we have evolved our infrastructure from hosting ourselves, to moving offsite and now an assessment of Cloud options.

1. Core - Central to your Existence
Selections of core package services are available for inclusion in your support agreement. These services are proactive and designed to ensure that systems are functioning to the best of their capability, including services such as: capacity and performance management, remote software monitoring, server and database management and Service Desk.
These services are undertaken on a monthly basis, during normal business hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
2. Responsive - Make it Work
In accordance with your Service Level Agreement, experienced consultants are available to resolve any incidents or problems as they may arise, management services include; incident/ problems, applications, change, and release management (out of hours).
3. Enhancing - Consultative Improvements
The quality, value or expanse of your systems can be enhanced to meet your extended service needs with 24/7 support. This support package entails proactive support and IT Service Continuity Management.
