Put simply, our approach is one of partnership
Our approach is based on a desire to help our clients move forward. This could be as a sounding board to help focus and plan programmes of work or working to transform their technical architecture, implement new and efficient ways of working or providing mentoring and coaching services. Our aim is always to look at the situation from the client’s perspective and find the solution that best fits their needs.
So what does that mean?
For any organisation, public or private sector, it means making sure that everyone across the business, including your stakeholders, are able to find the right information when they need it to help them do their jobs better. It means having one single and trusted source of the truth - not having to worry whether this is the updated version, the right version and not getting to a committee or board meeting where three members have one version of your report and three others have last year's Christmas party menu.
It means reducing the cost of information by capturing it once and making it available to the rest of the organisation; putting the emphasis on re-use rather than re-collection or redevelopment. This allows staff to get on with the jobs they joined for rather than having to re-invent the wheel; they can instead focus on delivering the services that their clients want from them and in doing so increase your productivity as an organisation.
It means helping you to build a truly enabling IT infrastructure, helping you to leverage the right tools, skill sets, processes and infrastructure that supports the business and enables it to deliver its services to clients. An infrastructure that is secure, fast, cost effective in respect of supportability, and compatible with the business requirements for which it is serving.
We do this in a transparent, open and honest manner where you know what you're getting, for how much and when you can expect it. There should be no suprises in terms of budget, quality or timing. We give you experienced and proactive account management so you always have an advocate for you here at Techtonics, as well as someone who sorts the contracts, the finances and your health and happiness.
