OpenText’s Mike Brigham is just wrapping up a week-long visit to New Zealand, and he’s spent time with many of Techtonics eDOCS DM 5 clients. We are also lucky enough to have him spend some time with us in the office, and we will be deep diving into the product’s roadmap and new capabilities.
Risk and opportunity are two sides of the same coin. Sometimes we just need to find new ways to cope with and manage uncertainty in order to get the outcomes we really want. We encourage our youth to experience outdoor experiences as part their maturing, but we sometimes forget that some of these lessons remain relevant in all senior leadership roles.
The last two months have been a busy time for Techtonics. In December, Ross Bidmead, the majority Shareholder, resumed the reins as Acting CEO. Since then, we have won two new major projects and we are planning on substantial growth this year.

There is a lot of talk about productivity around - whether it’s private or public sector - many businesses/agencies have the need to do what they’re doing now (or even more) with less.
The one thing I love most about my team here is the variety in our skill set, if you know me you know that I am not a developer or a network engineer, but I do know many of them, and many of them are in the office with me. Over the last couple of weeks while we have been refining our business requirements, we have also started designing the technical infrastructure on which CS10 will sit. So for those of you with a technical mindset, here are some of the things we have been up to.
This really is an incredibly exciting time for the team here, not only are we implementing CS10, but there is a fair amount of other change and improvements going on around us that we need to be aware of and be ready to enable through the CS10 platform.
Well, after lots of additional testing Open Text had now released Content Server 10 (CS10) - flagship product in the ECM Suite. Very exciting!
CS10 has been built on existing LiveLink functionality to provide the core platform for Open Text's Enterprise Content Management Suite (ECM). More information is available at www.opentext.com.
