While we’re not into corporate-speak claptrap, and we don’t have a mission statement printed over our doorway, we do have that burning vision above. It's a big ask, but one we're striving for. We're investing in our team in a range of ways to help us get there - training on new products, certifications, personal development and professional memberships. We're building a new test lab and expanding our information management offerings. We're attending and presenting at conferences. We're charging our account management team to derive 100% referencability from our clients and to expand and solidify our client base. We're working with customers and prospects to share and leverage the work already done - to minimise costs and maximise benefit. We're partnering with experts to make the boat go faster internally and we're sharing some of those insights with clients through regular business briefings and lunchtime seminars. We're regularly surveying our client base to check on our progress - and to ensure we're still delivering the core services they signed up to. We've shaken up our service desk and put more rigour and accountability into our project deliverables. We hope you're noticing some positive differences.
