You should feel we understand you, your culture, your environment and your strategy. You should feel we are a genuine partner – that will sometimes challenge you – but at all times be respectful. We should know if you like milk in your tea and if your team won on Saturday.

By deliver we mean being effective and accountable. We stay focused on the problem and deliver practical solutions. We admit mistakes and take ownership of problems. We’re reliable and available.
